This role is critical in establishing strong data foundations, governance, and reporting standards that enable consistent, reliable, and transparent People data across all levels of the organization. You will act as a key partner to the CHRO and PBS leadership team, ensuring that data is not only available, but structured, trusted, and effectively used in decision-making.

This position focuses on creating long-term data excellence — from data architecture and governance to reporting frameworks and performance tracking.

  • Role: Individual Contributor / Specialist
  • Location: Europe, Spain, Madrid

  • Implement a global People & Culture reporting framework
  • Oversee standardized dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Simplify and harmonize reports across functions
  • Ensure consistent, automated, business-aligned reporting
  • Enable self-service reporting where appropriate

Performance Tracking & Strategy Enablement

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for PBS and People strategy
  • Track strategic initiatives and organizational performance transparently
  • Build leadership and Board-level reporting
  • Identify risks, inconsistencies, and execution gaps through data

Leadership & Decision Support

  • Act as trusted People data expert for CHRO and PBS leadership
  • Provide fact-based input for key decisions, workforce planning, and budgeting
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support high-quality materials for leadership and Board discussions

Our requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Data Analytics or similar

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership exposure
  • Ability to drive topics independently and establish new frameworks
  • Fluent English

What will make you successful in this role:

  • Strong focus on data quality, structure, and standardization
