Position overview:
The Senior Manager - Sales Excellence will be leading and participating in projects and activities to secure development and implementation of Sales Excellence as a new discipline at KKWS. The main focus for this position is to develop and deliver improvements on processes, competencies and tools for sales and our commercial organization. You will build the foundational capabilities needed to deliver a great customer experience in an effective and efficient manner by supporting the business units. This role will start up as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build up a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field.
- Have business acumen, potentially obtained from working with B2B sales or customer service
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Sales excellence, preferably from the B2B segment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing Sales Excellence strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data privacy regulations and best practices related to customer data management.
- Ability to lead without formal authority, influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to improve customer relationships.
- Service oriented towards internal customers.
- Fluent in English. Written as well as spoken.

This role can be based in any of KK Wind Solutions' offices (Poland, India, Spain or Denmark).
