We're looking for a Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition who is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities. You'll be more than a recruiter. You'll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, a champion of candidate experience, and an ambassador for our employer brand. Our requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience. - Demonstrated experience recruiting within a fast paced production, manufacturing, industrial, engineering environment.
- Progressive experience sourcing and hiring production to executive level professonals
- Strong global stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience using AI, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Proactive and business-oriented.
- Strong communication skills in English & Czech (for business needs).
- Experience working in a matrix or multinational organisation.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience supporting multiple sites or international recruitment activities.
- Knowledge of labour market trends within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Experience with competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies.
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent pipeline development.
Location:
This role is based in our factory in Olomouc, Czech Republic with flexibility for hybrid work.
