We're looking for a Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition who is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities. Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from kick-off meetings to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.

Cross Functional Hiring

  • Lead recruitment activities across different business functions for our sites in Czech Republic & Slovakia.
  • Support volume hiring initiatives during production ramp-ups and business growth periods.

Stakeholder Partnership & Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing labour market insights and recruitment recommendations.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Sourcing & Talent Pipelining

  • Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent communities for critical production and technical positions.

Recruitment Excellence & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within the ATS.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to recruitment projects and best practices.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
    5+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within a fast paced production, manufacturing, industrial, engineering environment.
  • Progressive experience sourcing and hiring production to executive level professonals
  • Strong global stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience using AI, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Proactive and business-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Czech (for business needs).
  • Experience working in a matrix or multinational organisation.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience supporting multiple sites or international recruitment activities.
  • Knowledge of labour market trends within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Experience with competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent pipeline development.

 

 

Location:

This role is based in our factory in Olomouc, Czech Republic with flexibility for hybrid work.
