Senior Manager – People Business Partner M/F

Responsibilities
• Partner with management teams on people and organizational topics• Lead and develop the local HR team• Drive integration and continuous improvement of HR processes in line with corporate standards• Provide data-driven advice and challenge leadership to achieve ambitious goals• Foster a psychologically safe, collaborative work environment
Our requirements
• University degree in HR or related field• 6-8+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing (flexible for the right mindset and potential)• Experience leading HR teams and partnering with senior leadership• Advanced English (C1) and strong stakeholder management skills• Proactive, improvement-driven, resilient, and discreet
