Team Leadership & Development

• Lead a cross-functional team in commercial support, business intelligence, and business process management.
• Support and coach team members in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and sales data updates in CRM and ERP systems.
• Provide hands-on training to ensure team success.

Operational Commercial Support

• Oversee timely processing of customer inquiries, quotations, proposals, and invoice clarifications.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in contract and proposal preparation.

Sales Forecasting & Operational Management

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure effective communication with operations and supply chain teams.
• Manage order fulfillment operations, coordinating with sales, supply chain, and operations teams.

Data Management & Reporting

• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key KPIs.
• Ensure accurate data collection, storage, and accessibility for analysis.
• Identify trends to improve efficiency and operations.

Process Optimization & CRM Management

• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in workflows and processes.
• Oversee CRM system usage, ensuring data integrity and alignment with team objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial support, business intelligence, or business process management, ideally within industrial B2B or renewable energy sectors.
• Operational and tactical leadership experience, with a strong focus on optimizing processes and managing day-to-day commercial activities.
• A genuine passion for people leadership, focusing on supporting team members, fostering growth, and ensuring operational success.
• Strong skills in process improvement, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing changes to improve workflows and performance.
• Experience with CRM systems, ERP tools, and business intelligence software, with the ability to leverage these tools for operational success.
