Sales Support Analyst (BU 2)

• Act as an expert on our key customers by analyzing wind market data and insights to anticipate trends and identify opportunities. You will use this knowledge to assess wind market development and volume outlook, supporting strategic decision making.
• Prepare market intelligence insights to support budget processes, ensuring forecasts accuracy and assumptions logic, based on customer and market conditions.
• Work closely with a central team responsible for maintaining and developing our core data models, ensuring alignment and integration with organizational needs.
• Ensure accurate retrieval, reconciliation, and analysis of commercial data by understanding table structures, tracing data origins, and addressing data quality issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to simplify workflows and reduce repetitive tasks by identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes, leveraging your technical skills to enhance efficiency and save time.
• Ad hoc support on deeper business area analysis to understand performance and improvement opportunities.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You have a solid data background and a natural curiosity for understanding the wind market and players, business processes and the impact of data on strategic decisions.

Moreover, you have:

• A keen interest in developing your knowledge within renewable energy and the wind market.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Recent graduate with strong analytics skills. If you’re still studying, and will graduate this summer, we could start up with a few days a week till graduation.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel (including Power Query), with experience integrating these tools into workflows. Knowledge of D365 is a great plus.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio for creating and managing custom SQL views and database relationships is beneficial, complementing your data management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  Knowledge of DAX and advanced Excel formulas; experience with VBA is a plus.
• Financial acumen or a background in economics and finance to analyze market and customer data effectively.
