Lead - UI/UX Designer M/F

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can independently design wireframes, user interfaces, and rapid prototypes using Figma, with a strong understanding of how UI/UX components integrate with Power BI and Power Apps. The role requires ownership from concept to handover, the ability to start projects from scratch, and close collaboration with business stakeholders and developers to accelerate solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Create low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity wireframes using Figma.
• Design user‑friendly interfaces aligned with Power BI dashboards and Power Apps capabilities.
• Build quick prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to validate ideas and workflows early.
• Apply strong understanding of Figma UI/UX components and their integration with Power BI and Power Apps.
• Define user journeys, workflows, and information architecture for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with Power BI and Power Apps developers for faster and feasible implementations.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across all design assets.
• Maintain reusable UI components, templates, and design guidelines in Figma.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

 

Our requirements

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Figma for wireframing, UI design, and rapid prototyping.
• Good understanding of Figma UI/UX components and their practical integration with Power BI and Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user‑centered design.
• Experience designing enterprise or data‑driven applications.
• Ability to independently drive UI/UX work from concept to developer handover.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
