Lead - Finance Business Partner

 

Are you a finance professional who thrives at the intersection between data, business impact, and stakeholders? We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and execution‑driven Lead Finance Business Partner to actively support the financial performance within our Global Sourcing and Cost‑out function.

 

This role goes beyond traditional finance — you will act as a challenger, trusted advisor, and performance driver supporting our sourcing negotiation deliveries, cost‑out journey, and the intersection between Finance and Sourcing Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Global Sourcing to drive financial performance and value generation.
  • Provide transparent and fact‑based decision support in month‑end closing activities (savings, PPV, OPEX, cost‑out, etc.) and support the annual std. cost update.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve sourcing financial tools to enhance transparency and impact.
  • Collaborate with central BI teams to strengthen data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analyses and insights to secure continuous performance improvement.

Our requirements

·       Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

 

·       Minimum 3+ years of relevant finance experience within business partnering or controlling.

 

·       Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

 

·       Confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively using data‑driven arguments.

 

·       Experience working in cross‑functional and global environments.

 

·       Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (experience with Power BI is an advantage).

 

·       Fluent in English (written and spoken).
