Lead - Customer Claims

We are looking for an Assertive person who can handle Suppliers and Customers. Hands on experience towards sourcing quality, supplier quality, commercial aspects etc. Having experience in playing the interface between supplier and customer and an understanding of interpreting legal agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and escalated cases depending on severity and customer urgency.
  • Contribute to a global effective NCR handling system.
  • Entry point and NCR/repair handling for customer claims in KK Group for specific customers.
  • Establish a strong link back in the organization to improve the quality of claim affected components.
  • Customer contact with every aspects of warranty and repair cases.
  • Understand and determine mitigation action at customer.
  • Create customer return and upfront delivery – and follow up on these.
  • Create and initiate non-conformance reports – ensure customer feedback, based on cooperation with factory's quality department.

Our requirements

Educational background:

  • BE/B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical or BSc or Master level (electrical or mechanical).

Years of Experience:

  • 5 to 8 Years.

Professional and managerial competencies:

  • Very good skills in building customer relations.
  • Insight at high level in the mechanism of purchasing-, warehouse-, BOM-, production-, sales- and quality- work functions - and actively conducting these functions when needed.
  • Commercial and financial understanding.

Personal characteristics:

  • Ability to communicate globally with customers and internally at all levels of the organization.
  • Assertiveness.
  • Persistent and constructive in negotiations situations.
  • Take lead and take charge - Well structured.
