Our industry‑leading Turbine Condition Monitoring (TCM®) and PCH® platforms help wind turbine owners extend asset lifetime, improve reliability, and unlock data‑driven value. Now, we’re expanding our hardware product portfolio —and we’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to join us.

Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Definition

  • Translate product vision into clear, testable requirements
  • Own functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, compliance)
  • Balance customer needs with technical feasibility and cost

 

Backlog & Sprint Ownership

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure “definition of done”
  • Drive sprint planning, reviews, and refinement

 

Technical Alignment

  • Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure design intent
  • Validate technical solutions against requirements
  • Ensure traceability from requirement → implementation → documentation

 

Key interfaces

  • Development teams
  • Technical Product Lead
  • Architects, QA, and Operations
  • Technical Writer (for content accuracy and timing)

 

Success measures

  • Feature adoption and user value
  • Sprint predictability and backlog health
  • Low rework due to clear requirements

Our requirements

Your Profile:
 

Experience & Competence

  • Strong background in industrial or safety‑critical hardware products (monitoring, controls, or embedded systems).
  • Proven experience as Technical Product Owner, System Architect, or Lead Engineer in a product-led setup.
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems, sensors, industrial communication, and certification landscapes.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business impact for Executive Leadership Team and commercial stakeholders.

 

Mindset

  • Product‑led, commercially minded, and ability to prioritize and when to say no.
  • Systems thinker with strong trade‑off discipline.
  • Collaborative, but decisive.

Location

This role can be based in our offices in Copenhagen or Hammel with flexibility for hybrid work, either from Home or from any of our offices in Denmark.
