Make an Impact Across Global Sourcing

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key driver of our Global Sourcing strategy, leading initiatives that strengthen our capabilities, improve ways of working, and support business growth globally. Working across functions and regions, you will help ensure that strategic priorities are translated into sustainable results.

Your work will typically include:

• Strategic transformation projects supporting the Global Sourcing roadmap and functional strategy.
• M&A integrations, ensuring sourcing-related processes, governance, and ways of working are successfully integrated into our global organization.
• PMO and project excellence development, including governance models, portfolio management, reporting structures, and project methodologies.
• Business process improvements that strengthen sourcing effectiveness, standardization, and organizational maturity.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management across sourcing, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and other business functions.

Over time, you will help establish a professional project and programme management approach across Global Sourcing, enabling consistent execution of strategic initiatives and transformational change.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a proactive and structured project leader who enjoys working across functions, cultures, and organizational boundaries. You build strong relationships, create alignment among stakeholders, and confidently drive initiatives from concept to implementation

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  Have solid experience within Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, or a related area.

• Have a strong business mindset and the ability to translate business needs and operational realities into scalable, standardized processes and ways of working.

• Have successfully managed complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.

• Possess strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities.

• Are comfortable facilitating discussions and influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Have a structured and data-driven approach to solving business challenges.

• Thrive in dynamic environments where priorities can evolve quickly.

Experience from manufacturing environments is considered an advantage, as is experience with procurement transformation, M&A integrations, PMO development, change management, sourcing digitalization  or continuous improvement initiatives.
