Senior Project Manager – Global IT (ERP / D365) M/F

Vacancy description

Senior Project Manager – Global IT (ERP / D365) M/F

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to drive global ERP implementations across KK Group, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as well as M&A‑related IT integrations.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering enterprise‑wide ERP initiatives, supporting system integration activities in a complex, international environment. You will drive large‑scale D365 programs end‑to‑end — from early scoping and planning through implementation, go‑live, and operational handover.
You will work closely with senior business leaders, enterprise and solution architects, subject‑matter experts, and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery across finance, supply chain, operations, and related business areas.
This position combines strong project execution discipline with a consulting mindset and the ability to create clarity in complex system landscapes and fast‑moving environments. You will take ownership of scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance, while ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders.

Highlights of the offer

  • Job offer expiration: 16/04/2026
  • Type of work: Hybrid
  • Role: Individual Contributor / Specialist
  • Location: Europe, Poland, Szczecin - Office Center

Responsibilities

  • Drive end‑to‑end ERP / D365 project delivery, from concept to adoption
  • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and manage critical dependencies across business and IT
  • Support M&A‑related IT initiatives, including system integration, data alignment, and process harmonization
  • Drive alignment on scope, priorities, risks, decisions, and resource needs
  • Ensure clear and transparent project planning, reporting, and governance structures
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and alignment sessions with stakeholders and partners
  • Coordinate system integrators and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Act as a trusted partner between business and IT in a global setup

Our requirements

  • Strong experience with ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, international projects
  • Experience contributing to or coordinating IT integration activities, ideally in M&A contexts
  • Solid project management skills in planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and distributed teams
  • Strong business‑ and value‑oriented mindset
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
