• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET for backend and modern front-end frameworks.
• Lead technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure adherence to Industry’s best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across the stack.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, and peers.
• Participate in code reviews, test-case development, and application deployment processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and agile development practices.
• Exhibit a continuous improvement mindset and suggest new ideas to automate the processes.

Must Have Skills & Experience:

• Over 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on .NET core and .Net framework backend technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Solid experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, along with strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
  Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (MS Azure preferred) and/or AWS and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create technical documentation, and low-level designs.
• Experience with web-based as well as desktop-based applications.

Good to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of PHP, Doctrine, Zend, ZF1 technologies.
• Knowledge of Python programming language.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including automated deployments and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with standard testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit etc.) and test automation strategies.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
• Understanding of security best practices like Code Obfuscation and Secure coding.
• Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise environments and product-based companies in domains such as wind, automotive, and industrial.
