Responsibilities

Tasks:

  • Global single-point starts-control for projects (establish start check-list, Sharepoint establish project in D365 FO, POPROD).
  • Execute Invoices for all projects following a process and track timesheets and invoices.
  • Due-date hunter based on defined open point lists (for open point list in project, project excellence, in meeting preparation).
  • Prepare Key Project Meetings (SteCo, Gate Meetings) that all evidence and documents are in place in advance, create pre-read.
  • Portfolio Reporting of KPI (KK, Vestas, SGRE, …).
  • Establish and moderate a knowledge-sharing/community-of-practice with global (sub)project-managers (PM, TPL NPD, NPI).

Responsibilities:

  • Establish regular communication with project/portfolio managers and align on their needs.
  • Execution of tasks in high quality and transparency, budget and timeline responsibility stays with PM.
  • Keep deadlines of own tasks and defined open point lists.
  • Gather feedback with PMOs and establish improvement cycle.
  • Own project management data quality with focus on D365FO/PO.

Our requirements

  • Project Management and PMO Experience 3-5 years.
  • Open, Structured and self-organized, very communicative on an international basis, demanding and living consistency and assertiveness, high standards.
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Office, D365 especially using AI for reporting.
