Lead - Customer Support (P&C)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and driving operational excellence? Join our team as Lead - Customer Support (Power & Control) and play a key role in supporting global customers and internal stakeholders across pricing, quotations, and sales processes.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Project Managers, and Analysts to ensure accurate pricing, seamless communication, and high customer satisfaction. You’ll also contribute to the development and maintenance of calculation systems and ERP master data, supporting strategic projects and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer requests, quotations, and trade agreements.
  • Support pricing and product calculations across global markets.
  • Maintain ERP (D365) master data and calculation systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support and optimize workflows.
  • Participate in customer meetings and manage requests and agreements to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong ERP (D365) and MS Excel skills.
  • Business and technical understanding of electrical products.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
