Lead - Customer Claims

We are seeking a Customer Claims Specialist to prioritize and escalate cases depending on severity and customer urgency. The successful candidate will contribute to a global effective NCR handling system and establish strong links back in the organization to improve the quality of claim affected components.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and escalate cases based on severity and customer urgency
  • Contribute to a global effective NCR handling system
  • Serve as the entry point and manage NCR/repair handling for specific customers
  • Establish strong links back in the organization to improve the quality of claim affected components
  • Communicate globally with customers and internally at all levels of the organization
  • Negotiate with customers in a persistent and constructive manner
  • Take the lead and take charge in handling customer claims
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations
  • Demonstrate high-level insight into various business functions such as purchasing, warehouse, production, sales, and quality
  • Conduct necessary business functions when needed
  • Demonstrate commercial and financial understanding
  • Fluent in English at a negotiation level

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer claims handling or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
