Direct Tax Manager - Global Tax & Compliance

As a Direct Tax Manager – Global Tax & Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with tax regulations across the Group. You will oversee direct tax processes, conduct internal audits, support regulatory obligations, and collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to drive continuous improvement in tax governance. This role is critical in identifying risks, ensuring accurate reporting, and shaping effective tax compliance frameworks across KK Group.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all CIT returns and support with periodic tax provisioning process.
  • Stay fully updated on tax law changes and assess their impact on the Group.
  • Support regulatory audits and inquiries by preparing necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams and other stakeholders to address tax compliance matters and provide advisory support.
  • Identify tax risks and opportunities and support with mitigating these risks.
  • Support development and implementation of tax compliance procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess and optimize compliance processes.
  • Support and test with the tax aspects of the implementation of a new settings in ERP system. 
  • Consult new business initiatives from a tax perspective.

Our requirements

  • Solid understanding of direct tax principles, laws and regulations.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in direct tax compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Understanding of accounting basis (journals, reconciliation, BS/P&L impacts).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Very good verbal and written English skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (D365 is an additional advantage).
