The Associate – Global Transportation supports the efficient execution of global freight movements across all transport modes. The role focuses on daily operational coordination, carrier communication, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant transportation flows. You will also support data accuracy, reporting, and continuous process improvements within global logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activities including booking, tracking, and documentation
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries
• Monitor shipment status, proactively manage delays, and escalate risks when required
• Maintain accurate data in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and support KPI/reporting activities
• Support resolution of operational issues and assist with root-cause analysis
• Contribute to service, cost, and process improvement initiatives

Our requirements

• Basic knowledge of global transportation and multimodal logistics
• Understanding of transportation documentation and Incoterms
•Knowledge in logistics IT systems, including Excel functions, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and hands-on experience working with ERP platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in an international environment
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Problem-solving attitude with willingness to learn and grow in global logistics
