You will become part of a collaborative team where accuracy, structure, and confidentiality are important parts of the daily work. Each year, we handle a high volume of applications within a relatively short period, and you will play an important role in helping us complete them accurately and on time.
The position is well suited to a student who enjoys structured administrative work, is comfortable working independently, and understands the importance of responsible handling of employee information.

• Prepare and submit A1 certificate applications through the MitID portal.
• Ensure updates on the tracker for all A1 applications
• Track and coordinate communication for A1 application outcomes with Global Mobility and stakeholders 
• If necessary, liaise with Udbetaling Danmark for requesting status updates, follow up.

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree programme.
• You are structured, dependable, and comfortable with detailed administrative tasks.
• You can work independently, manage deadlines and maintain focus when handling a high volume of applications.
• You understand the importance of GDPR, confidentiality, and responsible handling of personal data.
• You can communicate fluently in both English and Danish
