Senior Specialist - AI & Excellence M/F

As part of the AI & Excellence team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the entire PBS organization to design, implement, and scale AI-driven improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving AI adoption across PBS functions and services.
• Leveraging AI and automation to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
• Identifying, developing, and scaling AI use cases that deliver tangible business value.
• Helping colleagues translate AI opportunities into practical solutions.
• Leading process design and transformation initiatives that simplify, automate, and digitalize ways of working.
• Preparing key PBS processes for HRIS implementation and future system migrations.
• Identifying re-platforming opportunities and supporting future-of-work initiatives.
• Governing AI agents and automation solutions across PBS.
• Driving process excellence within global improvement and transformation projects.
• Elevating existing KKMS processes into automated, scalable workflows.
• Tracking adoption, impact metrics, KPIs, and ROI related to AI, automation, and process improvements.
• Supporting and potentially playing a key role in the KK Group AI Academy.

We are looking for someone who combines strong process improvement expertise with hands-on experience in AI and automation.

You ideally bring:

• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Digital Innovation, or a related field.
• Strong experience with process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience driving AI adoption and capability building within organizations.
• Experience working with tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, GPTs, and automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced prompt engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, coaching colleagues, and driving behavioral change.
• A strong passion for AI, innovation, continuous learning, and future workplace trends.
• A challenger mindset with the ability to question the status quo and inspire new ways of thinking.
• Experience within People & Culture / HR processes would be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process excellence methodologies is a plus.
