Senior Lead - Sustainability
At KK Wind Solutions, sustainability is a strategic priority and a core part of how we operate globally. We are seeking a Senior Lead – Sustainability to lead, shape, and embed sustainability across our operations, facilities, and value chain. This role will drive measurable environmental impact, ensure regulatory compliance, and translate sustainability strategy into practical, scalable actions across global sites.
You will act as a key advisor and driver for sustainability initiatives—connecting strategy, data, compliance, and execution—while enabling the organization to meet its environmental goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities
Main tasks:
-Develop, implement and monitor operational sustainability of organization -Develop reports/presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives -Create global procedures/policies and implement them on global level -Supervise Position Green and other systems related to sustainability applied in KK group -Providing compliance inputs for Global Facilities in area of environment & sustainability -Supervise and analyze utilities data gathering and their consumption optimization
-Supervise/Execute Sustainability Projects like: solar panels, heat pumps, energy management system, other as decided by organization
-Own sustainability reporting on scope 1 & 2 and waste management reporting
