Senior Lead - Supply Chain Architect

Are you motivated by designing robust and future-proof supply chain solutions in a global environment? Do you combine strong analytical capabilities with business understanding and hands-on experience in supply chain design? Then you might be our new Supply Chain Architect.

In this role, you will ensure continuous review and development of Supply Chain concepts to drive business improvements across the Supply Chain area. You will work closely with other Supply Chain Architects, Global Functional Leads, and local and global stakeholders to design and implement best practices within Supply Chain Resilience and Network Design.

You will act as Business Lead in strategic and transformation projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and strong execution of project activities.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Lead - Supply Chain Architect, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

  • Develop, Govern and manage Supply Chain Resilience framework to ensure a robust and flexible global supply chain
  • Develop and refine Supply Chain concepts aligned with business strategy and continuous improvements
  • Document solutions in a structured Solution Design Catalogue to enable scalability and best practice sharing
  • Analyze and design Supply Chain networks, distribution flows, and cost models to support optimized decision-making
  • Design, Document and Communicate Supply Chain Setup and Services that match Business Division requirements and strategies.
  • Support development and implementation of operating model for Global Operations that support business divisions with tailored end-to-end Supply Chain solutions.
  • Act as Business Lead in strategic and transformation projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution
  • Ensure effective handover and deployment of solutions to business divisions and global stakeholders, securing adoption and value creation

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar, combined with 5–10 years of experience within Supply Chain Design, Business Development, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills combined with end-to-end Supply Chain understanding and solid knowledge of ERP systems, (Microsoft D365) and master data setup
  • Experience from Supply Chain design, preferably supported by a background in logistics operations within KK Group or a global manufacturing company
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels, combined with a proactive, structured, and self-driven mindset
  • A team player who can drive progress and ensure alignment across functions and geographies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and building strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals while overcoming challenges.
  • Previous experience in renewable energy is advantageous.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
