Senior Lead - Marketing

Are you a commercially sharp marketer who wants to make a real impact in the energy transition?

KK Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Lead to support the growth of our Cooling division — one of our core solution areas powering wind turbines and energy-intensive industries worldwide.

In this role, you will develop and execute segment- and product marketing for the Cooling division, translating technical product strengths into clear market positioning and supporting this through compelling content, targeted campaigns, and a strong sales material.

Your Mission

You will lead marketing activities for the Cooling division and ensure that our solutions are communicated clearly and consistently across industries.

You will develop and execute marketing activities, while driving go-to-market initiatives supporting product launches and entry into new industry segments.

Working closely with colleagues across engineering, product management, and sales, you will translate complex technical solutions into clear and compelling communication that supports customer engagement and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

Develop marketing content and materials that clearly communicate the value of our solutions
Build and continuously improve a strong sales enablement toolbox for the including presentations, brochures, product sheets, and customer-facing materials
Translate complex solutions into visually compelling communication
Drive marketing go-to-market initiatives and follow-up for new products and industries
Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the division’s commercial priorities
Produce thought leadership content such as case studies, articles, and digital content
Contribute to the division’s presence across digital channels, exhibitions, and industry events.

Our requirements

A relevant degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience. Industrial or energy sector experience is a plus, but not required
Proven experience with content creation, product marketing and go-to-market execution
Strong ability to translate technical information into clear and engaging marketing content
Strong visual and aesthetic sense, with the ability to design high-quality marketing materials
Skilled in presentation design, visual storytelling, and structured communication
Experience working with graphical tools (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is an advantage.

Location
The role is based in Horsens, Denmark, with weekly presence at our HQ in Ikast where the rest of the Marketing & Communication team is located.

Travel
Travel of approximately 5–15 days per year should be expected. This includes participation in selected industry exhibitions and events, as well as visits to KK Group's sites to maintain close connection with our products, technologies, and operational environment.
