Senior IT Portfolio Manager M/F

We are looking for a Senior IT Portfolio Manager to play a key role in building and maturing our portfolio management capability. 


This is more than a traditional PMO role. You will connect business strategy, investment decisions, delivery capacity, and value realization across a growing global organization. You will work at the intersection of executives, business leaders, architects, product teams, and project managers to ensure we invest in the right initiatives at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation, and investment recommendations for Global IT leadership and executive stakeholders. 
  • Lead demand management and portfolio intake processes, ensuring initiatives are evaluated, prioritised, and aligned with business strategy, architecture principles, delivery capacity, and investment objectives. 
  • Create portfolio transparency through reporting, insights, and executive decision material. 
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination across strategic initiatives. 
  • Support business cases, project proposals, and portfolio recommendations. 
  • Help establish scalable governance models, stage gates, and portfolio processes. 
  • Support capacity planning and portfolio balancing across strategic initiatives and delivery teams. 
  • Support major transformation programs, digital initiatives, and M&A integrations. 
  • Help establish and mature KK Group's portfolio management capability, governance model, and decision processes. 

Our requirements

  • A proven track record of leading or managing complex transformation portfolios and strategic initiatives in large or international organizations. 
  • Strong understanding of governance, prioritization, benefits realization, financial planning, capacity planning, and resource management. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and investment recommendations. 
  • Experience working in a global environment with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. 
  • A passion for creating business value through structure, transparency, and effective decision-making. 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions without formal authority. 
  • Experience with M&A, digital transformation, agile portfolio management, or enterprise PMO environments is considered a strong advantage.
