Senior Finance Project Manager - Finance Process Excellence M/F

• Build, develop, and enhance the finance integration strategy, approach, and guiding principles

   

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables

   

• Co-Drive and facilitate the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance) across legal entities and lead end-to-end IT infrastructure improvements

   

• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues

   

• Establish and continuously refine project governance structures, including clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks

   

• Act as the primary point of contact for finance project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions

   

• Develop and standardize ways of working for finance projects to improve efficiency, alignment, and scalability across the Group

• Master’s degree in Finance, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong background in finance-driven projects and transformations
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proven project management capabilities; experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies is an advantage
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Finance or Project Management within international, fast-growing organizations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong ability to manage risks and solve complex problems
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
