Senior Engineer - Process Experts M/F

• Create Manufacturing Bill of Materials & Creation of Work Elements
• Apply DFx principles to optimize product design and ensure manufacturing robustness against design-related risks
• Define assembly process and method
• Enhance risk management and product quality assurance by continuously developing Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), CP and define mitigation risk activities.
• Create Technical requirement specification for solutions towards improvement manufacturing processes & and reducing risk of poor quality.
• Implementation of solutions towards manufacturing process improvement.
• Facilitate seamless transitions from R&D to manufacturing through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D.
• Leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making on Identifying Process Improvement
• Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, ensuring open communication and collaboration

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Design for Excellence (DfX)
  • PFMEA and Control Plans
  • Process development and optimization
  • Assembly manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Root cause analysis and quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools)
• Experience working with CAD software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Composer, or similar 2D/3D design tools.
• Experience developing jigs, fixtures, trolleys, and material handling equipment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Nice to Have Certifications/ Experience: Lean Manufacturing, APQP, Six Sigma
• Detail and result oriented
