Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable

In our office in Szczecin, we are seeking a Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable who will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers for all KK Wind Solutions entities.

Responsibilities

Managing customer master data
Monitoring and collecting receivables
Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies
Posting transactions and allocating payments
Sending statements of accounts/open balance lists
Preparing reports and overviews
Actively participating in month-end and year-end closing procedures
Fostering close collaboration with key stakeholders and other departments in KK
Answering and resolving inquiries from customers and auditors
Constantly striving to improve and optimize processes and work procedures
Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
Supporting data migration projects within accounts receivable

Our requirements

At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of ERP systems such as D365 or SAP would be beneficial
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Attention to detail
Proactive approach and "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
Capability to work independently in a global environment
