You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution-translating priorities into structured delivery while maintaining momentum across multiple projects. With a strong focus on transparency, predictability, and performance, you will guide programs from planning through execution to release.

The role requires a balance between Agile ways of working and structured governance, ensuring both flexibility and control in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Type of work: Hybrid
  • Role: Individual Contributor / Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the one of our Platforms, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, cost, and quality
  • Act as the single point of accountability for program performance across key stakeholders (Product, Portfolio, PMO, senior leadership)
  • Define objectives, success criteria, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution
  • Monitor program health and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Drive timely escalation and decision-making when needed
  • Ensure accountability is clear and maintained at project level and releases.
  • Lead in an Agile/hybrid setup, balancing flexibility with governance and control
  • Manage key decisions, commitments, and compliance through structured governance

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Certifications within Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
  • Additional certifications such as IPMA (Level C or B), PRINCE2, or Half Double are considered a plus
  • Highly driven and resilient with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Able to remain calm, structured, and decisive in high-pressure situations
  • Confident communicator with the ability to align and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Leads by example and demonstrates integrity, commitment, and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Motivated to contribute to the maturity journey within Global Technology and PMO, particularly within Agile ways of working
