PLM/Windchill Engineer M/F

As a PLM Engineer, you will own and develop the Windchill PLM platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and continuous evolution. You will work closely with international teams and play a key role in shaping the future PLM landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Own & operate Windchill PLM – ensure stability, availability, and performance across production and non-production environments
  •  
    Drive platform evolution – collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to deliver new functionalities and optimise existing solutions
  •  
    Provide advanced support (2nd/3rd line) – resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage service requests
  •  
    Manage system lifecycle – handle upgrades, patches, configurations, monitoring, and performance tuning
  •  
    Enable integrations & global rollout – support integrations with CAD tools (e.g. Creo, SolidWorks, Codebeamer) and enterprise systems

Our requirements

  • Hands-on Windchill PLM experience (administration and support)

     

  • Strong understanding of PLM processes (BOM, change management, document lifecycle)

     

  • Experience in 2nd/3rd line support with solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

     

  • System operations mindset (upgrades, monitoring, performance optimisation)

     

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in international environments; fluent English
