Purpose of Role

Reporting to the Director - People Business Partner (Global Operations), the Manager - People Business Partner (Denmark) acts as a strategic and operational partner to factory leadership in our Hammel factory, ensuring strategic HR initiatives are implemented, performed and completed in compliance with corporate HR standards while supporting a safe, productive, and engaged workforce. This role oversees two office administrators and is responsible for leading the office administration community to ensure a high level of alignment across sites in accordance with global standards.

You will:
Contribute as a part of People Business Partnering team to shape and execute HR strategies aligned with the KK Group's vision. Drive key HR initiatives that support company growth—primarily in Denmark, while contributing to global projects. Champion culture and values locally and globally, and recommend people-focused solutions that enable business success.
 
As well as being part of the Hammel Management Team, act as a trusted partner to managers, providing guidance on people decisions, organizational structure, and development. Participate in management meetings, advise on engagement and talent growth, and ensure HR processes are implemented effectively. Deliver tailored solutions for business needs, support change initiatives, and help shape an inclusive, high-performing culture. Serve as a sparring partner for leaders and employees, handling sensitive issues with integrity and care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Support recruitment for key positions within Global Operation in Denmark, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Participate in development of strategic HR initiatives processes and tools at the same time build culture based on the common values at KK.
  • Drive and implement HR initiatives among Staff and Production Employees, to improve Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Support employer branding activities in Denmark.
  • Implement a dynamic management culture that is based on feedback and continuous employee dialogue
  • Advise and guide managers in Denmark on people matters in compliance with HR policies, employment laws, local agreements etc.
  • Partner with managers on employee and skills development to ensure that business have the resources to achieve targeted results.
  • Monitor workforce trends and advise on staffing needs.
  • Lead the office administration area in Denmark.
  • Use data to recommend improvements in HR processes and workforce management.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the People Business Partnering role preferable in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of Danish labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Pragmatic & get things done.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Danish and English to support effective communication across diverse teams in a production environment.
  • Experience with unionized environment is a plus.
