Lead - Payroll & Compliance (Slovakia) M/F

We are currently seeking a Lead – Payroll & Compliance to join our team in Cachitce, Slovakia. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate payroll execution, legal compliance, and employee support across our production environment.

Our requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll calculation (gross to net).
Experience managing working time and absences in a shift-based system.
Solid understanding of Slovak labour law, social insurance, and taxation.
Communicative English (B1+).
Proactive, resilient, and employee-focused mindset.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a production company with a blue-collar workforce.
Familiarity with AX/D365 systems.
