Vacancy description

Key Account Manager (Industrial Sales) M/F

Are you driven by creating strong commercial results and building long-term partnerships with industrial customers? In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth within our industrial business, developing key accounts, and expanding our position within OEM and system customers.

You will manage the full commercial process – from early-stage business development to final negotiations and contract closure – with a focus on building strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities across Europe.

Your mission is to strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities that support continued growth within our industrial segment.

To succeed in this role, you take ownership, follow through on commitments, and deliver high-quality results. You bring solid experience from technical B2B sales and are motivated by creating value for customers through tailored solutions.

Highlights of the offer

  • Job offer expiration: 31/05/2026
  • Type of work: Hybrid
  • Role: Individual Contributor / Specialist
  • Location: Europe, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact (“go-to person”) for assigned key industrial/OEM accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders, purchasers, and decision-makers
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial dialogue to closing and implementation
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new customers
  • Drive business development activities in close collaboration with engineering and product teams
  • Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers to understand needs and propose solutions
  • Own the sales budget for assigned accounts, including revenue and margin targets
  • Monitor forecasts and ensure strong pipeline development and follow-up
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate internally with operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure successful project execution
  • Set pricing strategies in alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities

Our requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably within industrial solutions, components, or OEM environments
  • Educational background in Engineering, Business, or similar (technical understanding is key)
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in solution-based / consultative selling
  • Ability to translate customer needs into value-adding technical solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain)
  • Solid technical understanding – preferably within cooling solutions, thermodynamics, or related industrial applications (nice to have, not a must)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complex organizations
  • Structured, proactive, and driven by delivering results

Do not meet all the requirements? No worries – If you possess a can-do attitude, passionate about Sales and embrace a culture of continuous improvement, we would like to hear from you!
