• Own Agile delivery for the Data Engineering team (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews).
• Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate work across Data Engineers, Architects, and Business stakeholders.
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth execution across development cycles.
• Act as the main communication point for progress, risks, and delivery status.
• Promote structured, repeatable delivery and governance frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices, documentation standards, and release processes.
• Review solutions to ensure alignment with requirements, scalability, and maintainability.
• Break down business requirements into clear user stories and delivery tasks.
• Maintain high-level oversight of Azure-based data platform solutions (ADF, ADLS, Databricks).

• 7–12 years of experience in data platform or data engineering–related projects.
• Experience in Agile delivery, sprint management, or coordination roles.
• High-level understanding of the Azure data ecosystem and Databricks-based data platforms.
• Good knowledge of data lifecycle (ingestion, transformation, consumption).
• Strong delivery, ownership and execution mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and competing priorities.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile / Scrum certification is an advantage.

Educational Qualification Required: IT or a related field.

Relevant Experience Required: 7-12 years.
