Responsibilities

Daily collaboration and communication – active participation in Customer Focus Team meetings, cooperation with other departments to maintain proper information flow, and managing the tab crisis application
Material management – coordinating and monitoring raw material shortages for scheduled production, daily work with the shortage report within the defined horizon, and supporting the Production Department in material coverage
Analysis and escalation – identifying and analyzing risks, taking preventive actions, escalating current and foreseen shortages to Global Procurement, and participating in escalation meetings when needed
Supply chain improvements – implementing corrective and improvement actions to enhance material flow and ensure stable production
Task ownership and reporting – taking responsibility for assigned tasks, preparing reports, and creating instructions for the responsible area

Our requirements

Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Logistics or related
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (B1/B2 would be appreciated)
2 years of experience in Logistics - nice to have
Good knowledge of MS office (especially: Excel, word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of ERP system (D365 would be appreciated
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess risks and propose mitigation strategies
