Analyst - Corporate Master Data Services-Export/Import Data Controller- Trade Compliance data M/F

Responsibilities

  • Experience in Europe and Indian Export and Import Master Data Management.
  • Experience in trade compliance, customs, logistics, or international trade analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with import/export documentation, HS classification (Commodity code), ECCN codes, EU Dual use code, UN Code, SAC codes and trade regulations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) and trade compliance tools.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze import/export data to identify compliance risks and trends.
  • Ensure data quality, build strong stakeholder relationships, and resolve master data tickets within SLA.
  • Provide insights to Stakeholders on compliance performance and potential areas of improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade laws, including customs regulations, export controls, and sanctions.
  • Support classification of products under Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN).
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and legal teams to streamline compliance processes.
  • Recommend automation or system enhancements to improve compliance monitoring.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor changes in trade regulations and assess their impact on company operations.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Data Analytics or any other stream.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Good Listening Skills.
  • Collaboration.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Self-Driven.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • ERP- D365/SAP.
