Vacancy description

Office Administrator (Denmark)

At KK Wind Solutions, you will be one of the first people our visitors, colleagues, and partners meet – whether that is in person, by phone, or through email. As our new Receptionist & Office Coordinator, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for everyone who interacts with our office in Ikast.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a global company. You do not need years of experience – what matters most is your service mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to create structure and keep things running smoothly.

In this role, no two days are exactly the same. You will support the daily operations of our office, coordinate practical tasks, welcome guests from around the world, and help colleagues across the organization. You will become part of our People, Branding & Sustainability team, where you will work closely with supportive colleagues and gain insight into many different areas of the business.

Highlights of the offer

  • Job offer expiration: 11/07/2026
  • Type of work: Hybrid
  • Role: Individual Contributor / Specialist
  • Location: Europe, Denmark, Ikast

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Welcome visitors and ensure they have a great experience when visiting KK Wind Solutions
  • Manage incoming calls and emails and help direct inquiries to the right people
  • Coordinate guest visits and meeting arrangements
  • Book hotels, flights, and transportation for colleagues travelling on business
  • Order office supplies and help keep our office running smoothly
  • Support onboarding activities for new colleagues, including preparing welcome materials and employee IDs
  • Assist with company events and employee activities
  • Help maintain local office procedures and administrative processes
  • Support various administrative and coordination tasks across the organization

Most importantly, you will be the person who helps create a professional, welcoming, and well-organized workplace where colleagues and visitors feel supported.

Our requirements

Whether you are taking a gap year, looking for your first full-time opportunity, or already have experience from a similar role, we encourage you to apply.

We are not looking for the perfect candidate on paper. We are looking for someone with a positive mindset, a hands-on approach, and a genuine interest in helping others. If you enjoy interacting with people, taking responsibility, and creating structure in a dynamic work environment, you could be the right fit for this role.

It would be an advantage if you:

  • Have experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Are confident communicating in both Danish and English
  • Are well-organized and possess strong collaboration skills
  • Approach your work with professionalism and accountability

As you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, we value a friendly, trustworthy, and service-oriented approach.

We offer

By joining KK Group, you will be part of a culture where diversity is embraced, every nationality is respected, and trust and collaboration across perspectives drives our success. Across our global organisation, we offer a wide range of job opportunities spanning office-based roles, production facilities, and onsite positions worldwide. Our roles cover multiple functions, locations, and disciplines, providing diverse career paths across the business.
