Electrical Engineer M/F

Are you passionate about electrical engineering and interested in working with innovative industrial solutions used around the world?
At KK Group, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer who will play a key role in developing and optimizing our aftermarket electrical product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise, product development, supplier collaboration, and commercial awareness to create high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our global customers.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing the aftermarket electrical product portfolio, including motors, fans, sensors, and control systems.
  • Translating OEM parts and market requirements into competitive aftermarket solutions.
  • Supporting new product development through component selection, validation, and technical evaluation.
  • Ensuring product performance, quality, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Driving standardization initiatives and identifying alternative sourcing opportunities
  • Supporting cost optimization and value engineering activities.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, sourcing, quality, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and new technologies within electrical systems and components.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or product development.
  • Experience with electrical components such as motors, fans, blowers, sensors, or control systems.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, testing methodologies, and component performance.
  • Ability to interpret OEM designs and translate technical requirements into practical solutions
  • Experience working with technical documentation, specifications, and product lifecycle management.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization, sourcing processes, or value engineering is considered an advantage.
  • Experience working in cross-functional project environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and quality-focused approach.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about emerging technologies.
