Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily inward and outward material movements.
  • Receive materials and verify quantity, condition and supporting documents.
  • Ensure proper storage, bin allocation and material identification.
  • Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch activities.
  • Ensure materials are handled and stored as per company procedures.
  • Monitor loading and unloading activities.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages and shortages.
  • Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory.
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
  • Ensure proper material traceability.
  • Coordinate and maintain records relating to MOOWR warehouse operations and inventory.
  • Maintain proper documentation and traceability of imported goods, raw materials, components and finished goods under the MOOWR framework.
  • Coordinate with Customs/CHA/Customs Brokers/MCO for MOOWR-related activities and documentation.
  • Maintain records required for audit, inspection and statutory compliance.

 

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Working knowledge of MOOWR.
  • Good working knowledge of MS office (Excel, PPT).
  • Knowledge of ERP / D365.
  • MOOWR / Customs warehouse operations.
  • Import documentation.
  • Bill of Entry and related import documentation.
  • GRN and inward processes.
  • Picking, packing and dispatch.
  • Stock transfer and material movement.
  • Physical inventory and cycle counting.
  • FIFO / FEFO.
  • ERP/WMS transactions.
  • Warehouse audit and compliance.
  • Transporter/CHA coordination.
