Responsibilities

  • Overall technical responsibility - for product and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with globally located cross-functional teams, including business units, product management, PMO, production, NPI to drive scope, technical deliverables, quality, and milestones.
  • Technical Lead for the project team and single point of contact for stakeholders on technical matters.
  • Facilitate regular technical meetings/reviews to ensure right technical decisions are taken.
  • Develop P&ES's competences by codifying knowledge, skills and competences to colleagues.
  • Contribute towards developing WoW (way of working) including tools and processes.
    Provide help to KK colleagues whenever needed and appropriate - e.g. reviewing, etc.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• 9-10 years of experience in design and development of Electronics components, system integration, product verification and technology development
• Competency in electronics design including digital, sensors & reliability
• Open minded and positive approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically
• Self-driven, pro-active and will for success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experienced in working in multi-cultural project team
