Meet your new team:
Join our PtX team in Denmark, Germany, and Poland, focusing on new PtX customer projects, particularly in developing electrical systems for Power-to-X industries. From the early sales phases to projects matured for serial production, you'll contribute to groundbreaking and competitive products within green technology projects. You will become part of a business unit with diverse nationalities, fostering collaboration and an open, honest atmosphere. You will collaborate across functions, sharing best practices with other talented technical project leads, and, not least, contribute to solving global climate challenges. Your daily work will be based in our office in Ikast or Hammel, Denmark.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Lead, you’ll work in multicultural project teams with colleagues from Denmark, Germany, Poland, and India. In doing so, you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders, working with suppliers, external consultants, and, most importantly, world-leading Power-to-X OEMs. It will be your task to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation as a professional partner with deep knowledge of electrical power and control systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with technical stakeholders at the customer
  • Serving as the main interface to and from the customer on technical matters
  • Managing the technical development of our projects
  • Providing direction and technical expertise in design, development, testing, and system interface
  • Leading the development progress in the project, including defining the scope of delivery for the engineering team
  • Providing strong technical support to Global Key Account Managers
  • Securing continuous optimizations and exploring value engineering opportunities with the customer
  • Following up on project plans alongside the Project Manager and project team
  • Participating in external tests and FAI (First Article Inspections) with the customer at our production sites

Our requirements

Engineer with an interest in technical project management
As a person, you thrive in a can-do culture where we constantly strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. You are self-driven, able to take the lead, and manage your projects independently.

Moreover, you:

  • Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Marine Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering) with at least 3 years of experience
  • Have experience with electrical panel design, including power and control circuits, and/or experience with MV transformers/switchgear
  • Power-to-X experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We will ensure the necessary training for you to develop a strong understanding of Power-to-X projects
  • Have knowledge of and an interest in EN 61439, EN 60204-1, DFMEA, and Power-to-X-specific standards
  • Can handle tight deadlines and manage parallel tasks
  • Can motivate and lead a multicultural project team, defining the scope of delivery
  • Can communicate both horizontally and vertically within an organization
  • Have business travel experience (approximately 30-45 days annually)
  • Have the flexibility to travel 20-30 days per year to visit our production sites or customers in the EU, US, and Asia
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
