Technical Project Lead Engineer

At our factory in Szczecin we are looking for a Technical Project Lead Engineer driving power converter developments through the product development process, as a part of our Product & Engineering Solutions business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute converter system designs together with the different workstreams and stakeholders from specification to production hand over
  • Strive for cost efficient work execution and product design
  • Co-work with the project manager and take responsible for the technical project leadership
  • Identify and collect system requirements based on internal and external specifications as well as relevant standardsUse design supporting tools (e.g., requirement management, D-FMEA, risk assessments) and monitor project performance including time, scope, budget, product cost, and quality
  • Maintain technical expertise via cross-functional training with channels such as online courses, fairs, and conferences

Our requirements

  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering, Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a design engineer in an innovative, collaborative, and global working environment.
  • Capable of setting the technical scope and objectives of the project and driving engineering tasks to deliver a qualified product on time.
  • Ability to undertake occasional international travel to customer sites, production facilities, and type testing locations (≈20 days/year).
  • Fluent in English
