Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from kick-off meetings to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
  • Create compelling and inclusive job advertisements.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection assessments.
  • Coordinate interview processes and support hiring teams in making quality hiring decisions.

Cross-Functional Hiring

  • Lead recruitment activities for production, manufacturing, operations, logistics, supply chain and corporate function roles.
  • Knowledge of building pipelines of skilled production workers, technicians, team leaders, and specialist talent and senior managers.
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to competitive industrial labour markets.
  • Support volume hiring initiatives during production ramp-ups and business growth periods.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing labour market insights and recruitment recommendations.
  • Challenge and influence hiring decisions using data and market intelligence.
  • Support workforce planning discussions and future talent needs.

Sourcing & Talent Pipelining

  • Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent communities for critical production and technical positions.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and local partnerships to attract talents.

Our requirements

Required:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within a fast paced production, manufacturing, industrial, engineering environment.
  • Progressive experience sourcing and hiring production to executive level professonals
  • Strong global stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience using AI, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Polish (for business needs).
  • Experience working in a matrix or multinational organisation.
     

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting multiple sites or international recruitment activities.
  • Knowledge of labour market trends within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Experience with competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent pipeline development.

 

 

Location:

This role is based in our factory in Szczecin, Poland, with flexibility for hybrid work.
