Service Coordinator, Field Service Technicians

• Plan, coordinate and continuously optimise travel and deployment schedules for Field Service Technicians in line with project timelines, customer requirements and resource availability.
• Ensure technicians assigned to service activities hold all required:
  • Technical competencies
  • Certifications and licences
  • Mandatory training and authorisations relevant to the scope of work
• Proactively monitor validity of certifications, competencies and training, anticipating gaps and coordinating renewals or additional training as needed.
• Ensure technicians are fully equipped with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) tailored to the task, site and risk profile.
• Coordinate PPE availability, compliance and replacement in close cooperation with HSE and Warehouse teams.
• Verify technician readiness prior to deployment, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, customer expectations and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of technician qualifications, certifications, training status and PPE.
• Provide clear visibility to operations and project teams on technician availability, competence coverage and potential constraints.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, HSE, Logistics and Project Management to support safe, efficient and high‑quality service execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for deployment‑related matters, identifying and escalating risks or non‑compliance where necessary.

• Higher education in people management, logistics, resource management or a related field.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex deployments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to react quickly, communicate clearly and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
