Senior Project Manager – Sourcing Excellence

Project Leadership & Organizational Culture: Lead internal projects to enhance sourcing excellence within Global Sourcing while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement aligned with KK's values.

Global Sourcing Project Representation: Act as the representative of Global Sourcing in key strategic cross-functional projects, ensuring efficient coordination and execution.

Building project management foundation: Establish and continuously improve project management methodologies, processes, and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness within Global Sourcing.

Standardized project status communication: Implement a standardized approach for project status updates and communication to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project progress and milestones.

Change Management: Manage change effectively within the project scope, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.

• Proven track record of successful project management in sourcing, procurement, or related fields within global manufacturing companies.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in a project management role.
• Ability to navigate in a fast-paced and dynamic world with changing priorities.
• Excellent people management skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the renewable energy industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30 days yearly.
