Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps) end-to-end.
  • Build and manage Power Automate cloud flows, including approvals, expressions, and error handling.
  • Design and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and basic security roles.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and external systems.
  • Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Apply ALM best practices including solutions, environments, and controlled deployments.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of apps and flows.
  • Support production deployments and independently resolve incidents and issues.
  • Create and maintain solution documentation, technical notes, and design artifacts.
  • Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior developers.

Our requirements

Required Skills:

  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven Apps).
  • Proven experience building Power Automate cloud flows with approvals, expressions, and robust error handling.
  • Solid working experience with Dataverse, including data modeling and security fundamentals.
  • Strong proficiency in Power Fx and app performance best practices.
  • Experience using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 connectors.
  • Practical understanding of Power Platform ALM concepts such as environments and solutions.
  • Awareness and application of governance, DLP policies, and security best practices.
  • Experience using Copilot‑assisted development to accelerate app and flow creation.
  • Basic exposure to Copilot Studio, bots, or conversational AI scenarios.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Good to Have:

  • Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
  • Exposure to Power BI integration with Power Apps.
  • Basic experience with custom connectors, JSON, and REST APIs.
  • Awareness of Managed Environments and Power Platform monitoring capabilities.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL‑100 or PL‑200.

 

Experience: 2–4 Years.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Breadth of the Role: Global.

Stakeholder Complexity: Cross‑Functional Internal Stakeholders.
