Senior Lead- Talent Management M/F

KK Group is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a Talent Management  Senior Lead who can blend strategic thinking with strong execution.

You will work closely with global HR, business leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams and offer global visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and direct impact on leadership capability building across regions in a rapidly growing renewable-energy organisation.

This is an individual contributor role and carries a blend of leading, driving, and implementing responsibilities across the Talent Management spectrum.

Responsibilities

  • Drive core global Talent Management processes including Talent Reviews, Performance Appraisals, Training Needs Identification, and Succession Planning support.
  • Lead and support global capability-building projects such as digital learning engagement strategy, LMS implementation/optimisation, the Mentorship Program, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Lead the design, rollout, and governance of the Global Leadership Development Program including curriculum design, vendor management, cohort planning, and facilitation of leadership sessions or action-learning sets where required.
  • Coordinate enterprise-level learning initiatives, including internal trainer onboarding, learning pathways, and digital content deployment.
  • Support strategic Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiatives and organisational capability-building programs.
  • Collaborate on M&A integrations related to talent, learning, or leadership processes.
  • Maintain high-quality operational systems, including training data, LMS reporting, dashboards, audit documentation, and budget trackers.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of global learning programs, scheduling, stakeholder communication, logistics, vendor coordination, and feedback capture.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials including leadership presentations, progress reports, business cases, and communication updates.
  • Analyse learning and talent data to generate insights on program effectiveness, leadership capability development, and digital learning.

Key Functional Skills:

Talent & Leadership Development:

  • Talent Review facilitation support.
  • Succession planning inputs.
  • Leadership capability development.
  • Designing/updating learning pathways.
  • Working with vendors for leadership programs.
  • Exposure to leadership program rollout, coordination, or facilitation.


Global Project Management:

  • Managing HR projects end-to-end.
  • Creating project plans, timelines, and trackers.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
    Vendor management.
  • Experience with HR technology implementation (e.g., LMS, learning analytics tools).


Digital Learning & LMS:

  • LMS implementation or administration.
  • Digital content deployment or creation.
  • LinkedIn Learning/e-learning adoption.
  • Internal trainer onboarding or certification frameworks.


Talent Analytics:

  • Ability to create dashboards (Power BI/Excel preferred).
  • Metrics, learning reporting, participation analysis.
  • Program evaluation and insights generation.


Operational Excellence:

  • Training data management.
  • Audit documentation familiarity.
  • Budget tracking.
  • Coordination of global or multi-region learning sessions.
  • Preparing stakeholder decks.

 

Professional Competencies:

  • 8–12 years’ experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing or supporting global leadership programs (design + rollout + facilitation).
  • Hands-on experience with LMS or digital learning systems.
  • Strong project management capabilities—ability to drive multiple large-scale initiatives. Project Management certification is good to have.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards, metrics, and evaluation data.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA (preferably Tier 2).
  • Project Management Certification (good to have, not mandatory).
  • Experience working in a global organisation.
  • Exposure to renewable energy/manufacturing/engineering (bonus but not mandatory).

Additional Information:

  • Location: Bangalore (Hybrid).
  • Travel: Occasional global travel (Denmark, Poland, etc.).
  • Function: Part of the global Talent Management & Learning COE, reporting to the Senior Director- Talent Management.
