Senior Lead - IT Applications (D365) M/F

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead - IT Applications (ERP) to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment across a global business landscape. This role combines ERP support, user engagement, process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders across different countries and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for business users and stakeholders regarding D365-related topics
  • Support daily ERP operations and resolve user requests and system issues
  • Participate in D365 implementation and continuous improvement projects
  • Conduct user meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Prepare ERP documentation, deployment updates, and process materials
  • Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Support global users and ensure smooth ERP operations across multiple locations
  • Contribute to process optimization and system enhancement initiatives

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is required, especially Finance modules
  • Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience supporting global users and international teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects
  • Knowledge of finance processes and ERP finance modules is highly appreciated
  • Ability to work independently and effectively cooperate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
     

Nice to have

 

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
