Senior Lead - Global Customer Services (Service Sales) M/F

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented customer service professional who takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience?

For our factory in Szczecin, we are looking for a Senior Lead to join our Global Customer Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service customers within KK Group in a global, international setup. This is a dynamic and demanding position that requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of ERP systems and service-related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support global Service Customers within KK Group
  • Act as a key contact for customers in service sales processes
  • Coordinate order progress, shipment timelines, and delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Work extensively with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)
  • Analyze and confirm service orders, customer data, and operational performance
  • Support and drive process improvements within Customer Service and Service Operations
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communication.
  • Work with EDI solutions and ensure data accuracy and smooth information flow
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders across logistics, sales, and service teams
  • Business travels readiness ca 10 days/ year.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in Customer Service
  • Understanding of international business environments and trade principles
  • Experience in process optimization and operational improvements
  • Experience working with EDI
  • Logistics / supply chain background; BA/MA in Logistics, Business, Economics, or similar
  • Very good command of English (daily working language)
  • Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft D365 is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with demanding customers
