Senior Finance Project Manager M/F

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Finance Project Manager to lead critical finance transformation initiatives, including M&A integration, ERP implementation projects, and other strategic finance projects. This role will also focus on developing and refining project governance structures, ways of working, and ensuring seamless coordination between finance, IT, and other business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and enhance finance integration strategy, approach, and guiding principles.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Lead the financial integration of acquired businesses into the company, ensuring smooth transition of processes, systems, and data.
  • Drive and facilitate the rollout of Financial D365 implementations across our legal entities and various IT infrastructure improvements (end-to-end).
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Establish and refine project governance structures, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for finance project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Develop and standardize ways of working for finance projects to improve efficiency and alignment.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or Project Management.

  • Excellent speaking and written English skills.

  • We are growing fast, a proactive and hands-on approach is needed to drive and optimize processes.

  • Project Management skills, including AGILE methodologies or LEAN, are a plus.

  • Preferably 4-7 years of relevant finance or project management work experience.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks and solve complex problems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
